The pool of poses shared in a brace of caramel and bakery sets in the late Teens is a big one and Holsum Bread, a brand of the Weil Baking Company of New Orleans, used some in their extremely scarce set from 1920.  George Sisler was bound for Cooperstown and 1920 put together the first of two seasons where he hit over .400, notching a mark of .407.  He would better that with a .420 entry in 1922 and was clearly in his prime when the Holsum cards came out.  SGC has graded two Sislers and this is the best one, with a grade of 3.  PSA has none in their pop report so this is a rare chance to grab one of these elusive cards. Some original product staining and centering to the right are the drivers of the grade, while the image remains strong.  The Holsum Bread ad back is rendered darkly and looks great.
