Prior to their relocation to Los Angeles in 1958, the Brooklyn Dodgers were perennial National League contenders during the 1950s. This lot showcases a collection of 14 Brooklyn Dodgers Official Score Cards that were produced between 1950 and ‘57. The legendary Jackie Robinson played for the Dodgers each of these years. All of the covers remain in good condition with the inside page revealing specific, head-to-head scorecards of the Dodgers and their on-field foes that day. There are 14 copies total, with some years packing more than one example: 1953 (two) and 1955 (six). Collection includes: 1) 1950 (1 program): scored game against Philadelphia, 2) 1951 (1 program): scored game against Boston, 3) 1952 (1 program): scored game against Cincinnati, 4) 1953 (2 programs): unscored games against Cincinnati and Philadelphia, 5) 1954 (1 program): scored game against Milwaukee, 6) 1955 (6 programs): scored games against Cincinnati and Milwaukee, partially-scored games against New York and St. Louis, unscored games against Chicago and Pittsburgh.  7) 1956 (1 program): Unscored game against New York, 8) 1957 (1 program): unscored game against Chicago from the Dodgers' last season at Ebbets Field, appears to be signed on the cover by Carl Furillo (signature has not been authenticated).  14 programs total.
