Pair of 8" x 10" original photographs of Philadelphia Phillies players utilized in the production of baseball cards. Includes: 1) Ted Goliat - image used for his 1950 and 1951 Bowman cards and 1951 Berk Ross card. His only major card issues. 2) Jim Konstanty - image used for his 1950 and 1951 Bowman cards. As a member of the 1950 "Whiz Kids" Konstanty earned National League MVP honors as a relief pitcher, the only NL relief pitcher to do so. Pair boasts bold central images with thick white borders. Overall condition remains excellent across the pair with only some creasing to the upper-right corners of both examples worthy of note. Verso of both photos include credit stampings from the Philadelphia Phillies and handwritten identifiers of the players below. Each is guaranteed to return as Type 1 if submitted to PSA for authentication.
