Pair of 8" x 10" original photographs of Brooklyn Dodgers players utilized in the production of baseball cards. Includes: 1) Eddie Miksis - image used for his 1951 Bowman card. Miskis is best remembered as the player who loaned Ernie Banks his glove at the start of training camp in 1954, Banks' first full season in the major leagues. 2) Dan Bankhead - image used for his 1951 Bowman card, the only major card issue of his career. Both photos display bold central images with bright-white borders and remain in excellent overall condition. Verso of both photos include credit stampings from the Brooklyn Dodgers with handwritten identifiers of the players above. Each is guaranteed to return as Type 1 if submitted to PSA for authentication.
