Lot Description  

Former Dodgers great, Roy Campanella appeared on a single episode of the TV series, "Lassie" airing on Sep 27, 1959. Titled "The Mascot," the episode featured Timmy campaigning for Lassie to become the Calverton Boys League mascot as Campanella visited as a guest instructor. Central image, borders, and verso of the presented 8" x 10" photograph remain bright with no significant flaws worthy of mention. From the personal collection of longtime Baltimore-area broadcaster, Ted Patterson. Authenticated as a Type 1 photo by PSA/DNA.
