A unique, circular design is the hallmark of the Colgan's Chips issues, which were released from 1909 to 1912 and featured a wide selection of the players of the day. The example seen here is from the E270 set, known as "Tin-Tops" for the phrase seen on the reverse. Cleveland's Steve O'Neil is the subject here and he's looking real good on an SGC 6 that's got great clarity and just a hint of foxing. The reverse is snow white and has survived beautifully. SGC has graded two of these, with a 7 higher; PSA has but one in their pop report, a 1.
