Harry Wolverton was almost done playing in the majors by the time his Pacific Biscuit card came out in 1911, with just a 34 game stint with the Highlanders on the horizon, albeit as their playing manager, where he piloted a hapless team to a last place finish. He had already seen 8 major league seasons and was well into his second stretch in the minors when this set was live. Intersecting creases are seen, with corner rounding and edge chipping also noticeable. The reverse has an old date stamp present, with some stains and scuffs along for the ride. A fairly earned SGC 1 grade has resulted.
