Hall of Fame hurler Stan Coveleski graces this E123 Curtis Ireland card from 1923. A mail-in offer has made these cards hard to find a century after their issue and this is the only example in the SGC database (PSA has 2 overall).  As the flip notes it's been trimmed and has experienced an extreme excising of the large borders this set carries.  You can see the effects quite dramatically on the reverse as the text is truncated on all four sides. While unfortunate, it's a rare and desirable card.
