Notables include: Native American pitcher Moses Yellowhorse, Hall of Famers Rabbit Maranville and Max Carey, stars Babe Adams and George Gibson, and short-timer Bill Skiff. Skiff's career consisted of only 16 games with the 1921 Pirates and six appearances for the 1926 New York Yankees. This collection hails directly from Bill Skiff's estate where it has been housed for many decades until the time of this offering. Each photo measures approx. 4" x 7" with some slightly smaller and some larger with each mounted to heavy board with blank backs. Pinholes and/or scattered adhesive residue can be found across the group.
