Beautifully illustrated 10-card box panel from the 1952 Wheaties 60-card set. This series featured 30 different championship athletes each with both a portrait and action shot for kids to collect. Wonderful panel has retained it's bold blue-and-orange Wheaties-brand colors and has been carefully trimmed to follow the round corners of the four cards at each corner of the panel. Some paper loss and adhesive residue appear on verso, presumably from both when the box was originally assembled long ago and when it was disassembled by a young collector.
