Incredible season pass granting access to Ebbets Field for the entirety of the Brooklyn Dodgers historic final 1957 campaign in New York. The presented pass remains in VG condition and is the highest graded 1957 Ebbets Field season pass currently graded by PSA. Signature of one "George B. Riley," presumably the initial bearer of this pass, remains written in ink on both sides. Heavy smudging, abrasion, and obvious wear to edges are all present and more evident to surface of front than obverse. Understandably, fans were outraged by owner Walter Omalley's decision to move the team out west after their club had spent 74 seasons in Brooklyn and recently captured four pennants (1952, 1953, 1955, 1956) and a World Series title (1955). This pass remains a fascinating remembrance of the Dodgers final moments in Brooklyn before breaking the hearts of an entire generation at the conclusion of Baseball's Golden age.
