New York Yankees dapper Hall of Fame manager, Miller Huggins casually smokes a pipe next to a uniformed player in this 5" x 7" news service photo from Paul Thompson. Huggins has clearly been cropped from a much larger image shot sometime during the 1920's and photo boasts superb image quality despite some unobtrusive soiling. Corners remain surprisingly sharp with clean verso that includes large Paul Thompson credit stamping and a handwritten identification of Huggins at the top.  Authenticated as a Type 1 photo by PSA/DNA.
