Collection of three studio portraits featuring former St. Louis Browns hurler, Barney Pelty. Based on his appearance we estimate this image to likely have been captured sometime in or around 1908, during the middle of his career. Two of the three portraits remain affixed to presentational folders, one of which has a cover that has become detached. One of the portraits remains loose and was clearly removed from a similar folder at some stage of it's existence. Each photo measures 3.75" x 5.5" with the folders measuring approx. 7" x 11". Consigned to us directly from the estate of Barney Pelty himself.  Three photos total.
