Colorful E90-1 card of Cy Young, pictured near the very end of his career as he returned to the city where he made his name as the star pitcher for the National League's Cleveland Spiders, although as a member of the AL's Cleveland Naps this time around. Traded by the Red Sox to Cleveland in February 1909, this is the tougher of his two cards in the E90-1 set. Neither SGC or PSA has any of his Cleveland cards in a grade higher than 5 and this is a really nice example, with a bold burnt orange background and excellent registration. The cut is typical for the issue and a few minor flaws can be seen along the outside borders and corners, but none detracting from the overall aesthetics of the card. The reverse is strong, free of the paper loss often seen on these cards.
