Cards from the 1928 Exhibits issue are identifiable by their blue tone.  A 64-card set borrowing many images and subjects from prior issues, there are 36 new photos in this issue, with a layout identical to the 1927 issue save for the color tint.

Grouping of six midgrade cards from the 1928 issue.  Each has been graded by SGC.  Collection includes the following: 1) SGC EX 5 (3 cards):  Howard Ehmke (postcard back), Bib Falk (postcard back), Fred Hoffman; 2) SGC VG/EX+ 4.5 (1 card): Chas. Jamieson (postcard back): 3) SGC VG/EX 4 (2 cards): Fred Schulte (2).  Six cards total.
