The Boston American series of postcards were issued by the daily newspaper of the same name, to celebrate the World Champion Red Sox of that season.  The cards, which were issued in two sets, feature only Red Sox players.  The key card to the set is that of Hall of Famer Tris Speaker, but all the cards from the issue are tough, including this one of manager Jake Stahl.  The card has been graded GOOD 2 by SGC, with overall wear and some light soiling.  A small spot of paper loss or remnant appears on the front.  Postally unused, a series of long wrinkles appears vertically along the left border, from the top to midway down the card.  Still, an attractive example from a tough postcard set.
