Gorgeous midgrade card of Cy Young, one of the key cards to the underrated M116 Sporting Life issue.  The grade is primarily the result of corner wear and some light surface abrasions, though the eye appeal is extremely strong.  The card originates from the earlier printing of the third series, which featured advertisements printed on the reverse in black ink.  A later version of the series was printed with blue backs; the black backs are more scarce.  An outstanding card from a beautiful deadball era set.
