Attractive Turkey Red cabinet card of Hall of Famer Eddie Collins, with the Turkey Red advertising back.  The card has been graded AUTHENTIC - ALTERED by PSA, with the alteration taking the form of very carefully and deftly-added color enhancing the condition of the edges and borders of the card.  The color is noticeable under blacklight, but is otherwise difficult to see.  Otherwise, the card appears GOOD+, with some minor corner creasing and edge wear, none of which encroaches into the image area of the card.
