Of 20 examples of blue-background M116 Eddie Collins cards assessed by SGC, just two examples have reached the NM 7 plateau with none higher.  The condition scarcity is not an anomaly specific to SGC, as PSA has graded just two higher, with three at the NM level.  This example is sharp and clean, reasonably well-centered for the issue, with very light corner touches reducing the technical grade.  An outstanding card from an underrated issue.
