Large-format advertising display, featuring an enormous photo of the 1960 Boston Red Sox.  Framed to a finished size of approximately 36 1/2" x 21 1/2", the sign presents extremely well, but is also quite worn, with significant edge wear and surface staining, along with some visible creases that are evident upon closer inspection.  Several  mounting holes are also apparent in the piece.  We have encountered a number of different versions of this photo in large format, sometimes the photo appearing alone, other times in the context of a larger advertising piece.  We believe this piece has been trimmed at least slightly along the bottom edge, but possibly from a larger piece, though complete advertising pieces are seldom seen.
