Gorgeous, high-grade N172 card of George "Piano Legs" Gore, graded EX/NM 6 by SGC  Though the grade of EX/NM is outstanding for an Old Judge, the reality is that it is only small technical flaws that are keeping the card from attaining an even higher grade.  A very faint ding at the upper-left corner, a small surface blemish, an area of very light discoloration on the reverse, all conspire to reduce the card from NM.  Conversely, the card is clean and bright, well-centered with sharp corners and an incredibly clear image for the issue.  Simply a tremendous card, in terms of technical attributes one of the finer Old Judges we've been fortunate to handle.
