The Tigers of this era utilized unique four-panel scorecards printed on heavy stock which folded out into 24" sheets packed with information graphically-intense advertisements and the requisite game scoresheet. Collection includes: 1) 1934 Scorecard: Likely from the July 16 game against Washington. Bottom panel has been removed from the fold-out. Game has been neatly scored in pencil (Greenberg HR): 2) 1935 Scorecard: August 9 game against Chicago a 4-3 Tigers victory. Hank Greenberg homered in this pitchers' duel featuring complete games by both Ted Lyons and Schoolboy Roye. EX appearance neatly scored game date written on the cover in pencil. 3) 1937 Scorecard: unidentified game against Boston with Hall of Famers Gehringer Greenberg Goslin Cochrane Cronin Foxx Grove Doerr and Pennock. FAIR condition creased down the center with an upper-right corner crease along with paper remnants on the reverse from scrapbook removal. 4) 1937 Scorecard: unscored game against Philadelphia HOFers include Gehringer Greenberg Goslin Cochrane. VG condition with heavy creasing at the folds pencil writing on the scorecard section and heavy toning along with paper remnants on the reverse. 5) 1937 Scorecard: unscored game against the Yankees. Hall of Famers include Gehringer Greenberg Goslin Cochrane DiMaggio Gehrig Dickey Gomez Ruffing Lazzeri and Combs. EX appearance paper remnants on the reverse. 6) 1937 Scorecard: May 6 game against the Yankees a 12-6 Tigers victory. Home runs by Greenberg and Cochrane. GOOD appearance corner clip at the upper-right paper remnants on the reverse minor toning and staining. 7) 1937 Scorecard: 5-4 Tigers victory home run from Joe DiMaggio and Pete Fox. GOOD condition.
