Gorgeous example of the first card of Hall of Famer Bobby Doerr from the tough 1938 Goudey issue. Graded EX-MT+ by Beckett the mylar baggie makes it tougher to see the card in the holder however it is quite attractive with sharp corners and a clean image. As is frequently the case with the 1938 Goudey issue the card is off-center though the light yellow borders make the centering less of an aesethetic issue. A strong card from a set that is typically difficult to find in higher grades.
