Lot Description  

Index card signed by Charles "Swede" Risberg Chicago White Show shortstop who was in just his third season when he participated in the 1919 Black Sox scandal one of the key players that helped Chick Gandil organize the sceme. According to Joe Jackson Risberg threatened to kill him if he exposed the plot. Ths signature has been applied in blue ballpoint ink a grade of NM-MT 8 assigned by PSA/DNA who authenticated and encapsulated the card. An extremely desirable signature from one of the primary participants in the Black Sox scandal.
