I have one to sell!
Gorgeous real photo postcard featuring a crisp photograph taken of Chicago's West Side Park likely taken during pregame warmups a full grandstand looking on. Measuring 5 1/2" x just under 3 1/2" the photo boasts strong eye appeal a few very minor abrasions noticeable throughout but really only upon close inspection. The White Sox defeated the Cubs 4 games to 2 in 1906 with games played at West Side Grounds on October 9 11 and 13. Postally unused in EX condition. Close inspection of the left and right edges near the top reveal what appear to be white spots that might be perceived as paper loss in the scan however those blemishes are in the photograph itself and not on the card. PLEASE NOTE that our original description listed this card as a 1907 postcard; an astute postcard collector pointed out that the postcard actually originates from 1906.
