Collection of beautiful World Series tickets each boasting incredible artwork none of which were actual tickets. Collection includes: 1) 1955 Chicago White Sox Comiskey Park Game 2 and Game 6: two beautiful tickets for Section 25. Lovely in theory the White Sox finished the season in third place 7 games behind the Yankees. These two beautiful tickets were never real likely proofs that were made during the home stretch for approval purposes before the White Sox were eliminated. 2) 1949 Boston Red Sox Fenway Park Game 2: Boston never made the World Series losing the pennant to the Yankees. 3) 1951 Boston Red Sox Fenway Park Game 2: Yet another Series the Red Sox were unable to play due to the Yankees. Two Red Sox tickets appear in collector grades due to excess paper around the perforations but are otherwise scrong. Collection of four phantom tickets total.
