Interesting rookie-era postcard picturing a young Bobby Doerr ostensibly kneeling in the dugout awaiting his turn at bat. Mild creasing across the center and some ink marks around the border the reverse printing suggests perhaps the photo was intended more as a photo and less as a postcard. Doerr's name and what seems to be a price have been written on the back as well reducing the technical grade but not the outstanding visual appeal of the card.
