Attractive pair of season passes to the St. Louis Browns. Includes 1) 1923 Pass issued to Mrs. Charles Root: the wife of pitcher Charlie Root who nearly a decade later would surrender Babe Ruth's "called shot" in the 1932 World Series. Pass is in VG/EX condition with some corner wear consistent with use. 2) 1931 Pass: Issued to John E. Thomas. Though the team did not fare well it did feature eventual Hall of Famers Rick Ferrell and Goose Goslin the latter of who would hit .328 with 105 runs batted in. VG/EX condition with a stronger appearance; a small blemish at the top-left edge reduces the technical grade. Two passes total.
