I have one to sell!
Full ticket from one of the most famous games in baseball history the clinching game that would put the New York Mets into the 1986 World Series. With the Mets ahead three games to two Houston jumped out early with three runs in the first inning. The Mets tied it with three runs in the top of the 9th to force extra innings. In the 14th the Mets scored a run but Houston's Billy Hatcher homered off Jesse Orosco the ball bouncing off the foul pole in left field to tie the game. The Mets then scored three runs in the 16th to break it open only to have Houston rally in the bottom of the 16th scoring two runs. With the tying run on second and Astros superstar starting pitcher Mike Scott poised to pitch the 17th Orosco struck out Kevin Bass to end the game and send the Mets to the World Series. Full ticket is in outstanding condition some mild corner and edge wear visible but little other technical flaws. A beautiful full ticket to one of the most important games in New York Mets' franchise history.
