Attractive 1917 press pass to the 1917 World Series at Comiskey Park issued to Sid Keener of the St. Louis Times. The final two stubs are still attached as the series was over in six games Chicago defeating the New York Giants 4 games to 2. The stub appears far stronger than its technical grade would imply as the front of the ticket is clean and attractive only showing wear at the area where the bearer's name appeared to have been erased and replaced with Keener's name likely when the pass was issued. The reverse exhibits significant paper remnants from scrapbook removal which reduces the technical grade of the piece.
