Exceptional collection of three uncut strips from the attractive 1931 W517 issue containing a total of six Hall of Famers. The strips present extremely well and include several stars beyond the Hall of Famers. Strips include: 1) #47 Goslin (HOF) #27 Lazzeri (HOF) #9 Harris (HOF); 2) #39 Grove (HOF) #42 Wilson (HOF) #53 Judge; 3) #1 Combs (HOF) #33 O'Doul #17 Quinn. The Grove/Wilson/Judge strip includes the green stripe at the bottom edge which was an indicator of a prize-winner. That strip also exhibits some surface wear on the reverse. There is slight corner wear evident on these three strips along with some light loosening of the perforations but nothing that would indicate the cards are in any danger of coming apart.
