Lot Description  

Beautiful portrait card of shorstop Jack Glasscock depicted with the Louisville Colonels. Glasscock signed with Louisville after his release from Pittsburgh in August of 1894 and the artwork for his Mayo's card was changed to reflect the change. Graded EX+ 5.5 by PSA the card exhibits very little wear aside from some very minor edge chipping along with a more pronounced chip at the top-right corner. Edge chipping is more visible from the reverse which is clean and dark. An outstanding card.
