Attractive oversized Burke & Atwell postcard featuring the Chicago White Sox of 1912. Graded VG 40 by SGC the card features a number of important names including a pre-rookie image of Hall of Famer Ray Schalk. Hall of Famer Ed Walsh is pictured in the back row center. Also included are future Black Sox Buck Weaver (front row center) and Eddie Cicotte (just behind him over his left shoulder. The image of Cicotte should be familiar to collectors as the photo was used for the illustration of Cicotte on his Cracker Jack baseball card. All in all a tremendous oversized postcard with a pre-rookie photo of Ray Schalk along with the image of Ed Cicotte used on his Cracker Jack baseball card.
