Authenticated and encapsulated by SGC Authentic this 1950 Bowman card of Hall of Famer Johnny "Big Cat" Mize was signed across the bottom in what appears to be black felt-tip pen. Mize who walloped 359 home runs in a 15 year career that included 51 in 1947 was 6"2" and 215 lbs. a bear of a man by 1940s and 50s standards. The card presents well despite the centering issue as it has retained its color and sharpness of image. An excellent card signed by a Hall of Famer and Yankees (and Cardinals) great.
