Extraordinarily rare example of one of the more difficult subjects from the 1907-09 Novelty Cutlery issue. Just the second Harry Lord card to be graded by PSA (SGC has also graded just two) this example is graded FR 1.5 (MK) by PSA the primary flaw being obvious. Our opinion is that this card should be graded POOR; the extra half point is clearly a gift the staining is significant and quite visible on both the card front and back. The MK refers to the number "7.00" written in pencil on the reverse. A severely off-grade example of a very rare card.
