Les Nunamaker was a journeyman catcher who lasted 12 seasons with the Red Sox Yankees Indians and Browns. He compiled a lifetime batting average of .268 and had a reputation of being one of the deadball era's most colorful personalities - and its best receivers. Many believe he would have compiled far greater statistics had he not been seriously injured in a 1919 taxi accident. Upon his retirement he received this lifetime pass to all National League games "in recognition of his long service to baseball." The pass displays extraordinarily well despite being in VG condition due to some surface creasing that is primarily visible down the center of the pass. Despite this a rare and desirable lifetime pass once belonging to a former major leaguer.
