Season pass to watch the 7th place Cleveland Indians throughout the 1915 season performing at League Park. Issued to Mr. Sid Keener the pass entitled the bearer to see a young team gaining more experience as they began to improve for their eventual 1920 championship. More importantly the bearer would have seen 27-year-old Shoeless Joe Jackson prior to his late-season trade to the White Sox. Jackson would hit .327 during his time with Cleveland that season driving in 45 runs and scoring 42. The pass is in fair condition with some stains and paper remnants on one side clearly a result of scrapbook storage. Vintage season passes from the deadball era are very difficult to find and are typically well-worn; this is an excellent example.
