Original 1924 World Series ticket stub for access to the upper grandstand at Griffith Stadium during game 1, 2, 6, or 7 in Washington, D.C. In a classic World Series the Washington Senators bested the New York Giants, winning on a walk-off double by Senators rookie outfielder Earl McNeely in the 12th inning of the deciding Game 7. Prior to that moment all-time-great Walter Johnson famously tossed four innings of emergency relief, holding the Giants scoreless while striking out 5. The offered stub remains highly presentable with rounded top corners remaining the primary condition flaw.
