Freeman wears a gray cap with a gray, collared uniform and a black long-sleeved undershirt as he waits for a pitch against a green grass background with an orange sky in this colorful entry in the T206 set. Rounded corners with some chipping and a couple stains near the upper right corner largely explain the card's technical grade. A small surface abrasion in the lower right corner of the picture area of the card is visible on the otherwise perfectly green background, and some staining is present on the top half of the card's back. PSA has only ever graded 30 total examples of this Old Mill back version of the Freeman.

Frank Ellsworth "Jerry" Freeman played 10 seasons of professional baseball, including 173 games for the Washington Nationals during 1908 and 1909. He played two seasons for Toledo in the American Association, the team he is depicted playing for on this card. He batted .268 while playing First Base for the Mud Hens in 1909 and 1910.
