Green-Joyce was a small chain of dry-goods stores (mostly textiles and clothing) based in Columbus OH around the turn of the century. In 1916, they printed their advertisement on the backs of blank-backed M101-4 cards (as did many other retailers around the country). The 200-card Green-Joyce issue is today among the rarest of all the M101-4 related issues, with cards from the set selling for significant multiples of their blank-backed cousins on the infrequent occasions that such cards become available.  This collector-grade example pictures Joe Tinker, described as the Manager of the Cubs, though he did appear in 7 games for the team in his final season of 1916.  Some light wear and soiling is apparent, with some discoloration at the bottom two corners, an attractive card despite the technical grade.
