Pete Connell played in just one game with the 1886 New York Mets and 11 games with the 1890 Brooklyn Gladiators.  He's featured in just one pose in the N172 Old Judge issue, this one with the Des Moines Prohibitionists of the Western Association.  The card has been graded PR 1 by SGC, mostly due to a large, heavy vertical crease that has broken through the surface of the card, both front and back.  Image quality is reasonably strong, Connell crouched low in a dark uniform and pillbox cap, hands cupped as if fielding the ball suspended above his hands.
