Beautiful 1970-72 Reach Official AL (Cronin) ball signed by 27 members of the 1971 Detroit Tigers. Managed by Billy Martin the team finished second in the AL East with a 91-71 record led by the pitching of Mickey Lolich and Joe Coleman and the power bats of Norm Cash Bill Freehan and Willie Horton. The ball does exhibit some mild toning with some fading to the signatures which include: Al Kaline (HOF - SS); Bill Zepp Gates Brown Tom Timmermann Jim Northrup Frank Skaff (coach) Dalton Jones Bill Denehy Joe Coleman Bill Freehan Mike Kilkenny Willie Horton Les Cain Ike Brown Aurelio Rodriguez Joe Price Ed Brinkman Dean Chance Fred Scherman Kevin Collins Art Fowler (coach) Mickey Stanley Charlie Silvera (coach) Dick McAuliffe Joe Schultz (coach) Norm Cash Joe Niekro Billy Martin (signed over stamp) and one illegible.
