Lot Description  

One of the most popular modern cards in the hobby and one of the hobby's most important cards overall is the 1989 Upper Deck #1 card of Ken Griffey Jr. Griffey remains one of the most popular players in modern baseball and this card helped spark the craze for "premium" baseball card issues. This is an attractive pair of cards one graded NM/MT+ 92 by SGC the other ungraded by likely EX/MT or EX+ due to corner wear and centering. One of the hobby's most popular cards.
