Very strong collection of cards from the elegant 1961 Topps issue. After the release of the colorful 1960 set Topps simplified its design for the 1961 season producing a landmark set that included several attractive subsets and focused on close-up portrait or posed photography for many of its subjects. This groupis a very attractive starter set containing 79 cards including several stars team cards and other special cards from the issue. Averaging EX+ to EX/MT condition with some better and some lesser this is an outstanding group of cards.
