Strong example of a Dormand postcard featuring Yankees catcher Elston Howard signed and addressed by Howard and mailed in 1956. The Dormand Postcards were produced by photographer Louis Dormand and distributed to players so they could honor through-the-mail autograph requests which is precisely what happened with this example. Despite having been through the postal stream (it was mailed from St. Louis to Detroit) the card presents particularly well some edge chipping and corner wear the card's primary flaw along with some minor surface wear. Howard's signature and handwriting are particularly strong and unblemished.
