This attractive portrait card of Hall of Famer Johnny Evers has been graded FAIR 20 by SGC due to a variety of factors but the true selling point of this card is the back which at first glance appears to contain a ghost image from another card. While we analyzed the card at considerable length we learned quickly that sometimes one needs to look at something from a different point of view in order to gain clarity. Within a few hours of our auction preview going live we were pointed to a thread on the Network 54 Baseball message board where this very card was discussed at length. Simply turning the card upside-down - something we had not done - yields a very clear ghost image of the Chick Gandil T206 card!
