I have one to sell!
Over the past several years rare T206 backs have become more and more desirable regularly fetching regular prices. Particularly in the event that a card is the first catalogued example of a given front/back combination collectors fight hard for particular T206s in hopes of increasing their "Monster Number." Such was the case in the middle of last year when a newly discovered Broadleaf 350 card of Bill Latimore graded SGC GOOD 30 sold at auction for an astonishing $9 406. Now we are proud to present the second catalogued example of the Lattimore card also graded SGC GOOD 30 with an extraordinarily clean reverse. The card has particularly wide top and right borders but does exhibit creasing across the surface as well as some corner wrinkling consistent with the grade. Let's face it though - it's the back of this card that's important and the aesthetics of the back are clean and crisp only some minor staining on the lower half causing any condition problems. It will be interesting to watch the battle for this second example to see what happens to a card's value when a 1/1 becomes a 1/2 - still extremely rare and desirable nonetheless. Population Data SGC Population: 2 total graded 2 at this level 0 higherPSA Population: 1 total graded 1 at this level 0 higher**while we recognize a third graded specimen with PSA we do believe that specimen to be the same one graded GOOD 30 by SGC and sold for $9 406 last year as we have reason to believe the card was crossed to PSA. However we do suggest caveat emptor as with any other purchase.
