Strong higher-grade example of the Polar Bear card of Hall of Famer "Handsome" Joe Kelley. T206 cards with Polar Bear backs are particularly troublesome since the cards came into direct contact with the scrap tobacco in their packages resulting in significant staining. As a result tracking down Polar Bear cards graded at the EX level or above is a difficult task. This example has been graded EX 60 by SGC and is well-centered with a very strong and bold (if off-center) Polar Bear ad on the reverse.
