Lot Description  

Pitcher Elmer Criger had a brief pro career breaking in with the 1908 Jackson Convicts of the Southern Michigan League. After a 22-win season in 1909 he moved to the Los Angeles Angels of the PCL where he did not distinguish himself in two seasons. Closing his career with Tacoma and Vancouver in the Northwest League in 1912 he ultimately posted a career record of 57-68. This card from the 1911 Zeenut set is quite attractive for the issue having graded VG+ 45 by SGC.
