Right-winger Larry Gilmour captured a Stanley Cup championship with the ECHA's Montreal Wanderers in 1908 and later appeared for the NHA's Renfrew Creamery Kings from 1910-11 prior to the team folding. Along with several other players present in this historic set Gilmour passed away at a young age, succumbing to pneumonia in 1922 at only forty years old. This 1910 Sweet Caporal Hockey Postcard of Gilmour, #22 in the set and his rookie card, exhibits rounding at the corners and otherwise presents beautifully with clean and attractive front and back surfaces. Graded GOOD 2 by PSA it remains one of only 11 graded examples across both PSA and SGC's population reports combined.
